We want you to be happy with your purchase from MK Creations 247. Returns may be requested within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in its original condition. Please contact us before sending any item back so we can provide return instructions.

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for returns due to change of mind, ordering the wrong item, or other non-defective returns. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders: If your order arrives damaged or defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible and include photos of the item and packaging. We'll work with you to make it right at no additional cost to you.

Refunds: Once an approved return is received and inspected, we will issue the applicable refund to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Custom & Personalized Items: Custom-made or personalized products are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
